Return & Exchange Policy

Please Note - Each piece is made to order just for you! For this reason, we cannot offer refunds.

1. The request for exchange however can be accepted under the following
circumstances 
1.1 There is manufacturing defect from our end.

 1.2 There is sizing/measurement issue from our end.
2. We reserve the right to accept or deny refunds on pieces sent back without
approvals to us.
3. Requests for returns can be sent to our official email id info contactpashmeenkohli@gmail.com with pictures within 2 days of receiving the order.
4.We will not bear charges for shipping of returns.
6. Since all the products are hand done, from dyeing to construction . There can
be slight colour difference from the image shown.
